Tips to get these approved

  • Mention the invoice, booking or student so the customer knows exactly what the reminder is for.
  • Use a URL button that opens your own payment page or UPI/gateway link, so the customer pays in one tap.
  • Stop reminders once paid: tag paid contacts and exclude the tag from the next reminder campaign.
  • Avoid threatening language (legal action, penalties) in templates. Meta may reject it, and it rarely helps collections.

Can I send fee reminders to all parents at once?

Yes. Import parents with the amount and due date as contact fields, then send a Utility template campaign that fills the variables for each parent.
