auton8n Pricing Explained: Monthly vs Quarterly vs Half-Yearly

Short answer: every auton8n plan has the same complete platform. You only choose how long you pay for: Monthly at ₹2,500 a month (₹2,500 billed for 1 month), Quarterly at ₹2,000 a month (₹6,000 billed for 3 months), Half-Yearly at ₹1,700 a month (₹10,200 billed for 6 months). Prices are in Indian Rupees, excluding GST, effective October 2026.

Same features on every plan

There are no feature tiers to compare. Monthly, Quarterly and Half-Yearly all include bulk broadcast campaigns, the shared team inbox, the no-code chatbot builder, the AI support agent, Click-to-WhatsApp ads, Shopify and WooCommerce integration, bookings and WhatsApp Forms, analytics, the REST API and webhooks, and official Meta onboarding.

What changes with a longer term

A longer term lowers the monthly price and adds more help from our team:

• Platform training for your team: Monthly 1 session, Quarterly 1 session, Half-Yearly 2 sessions.
• Chatbot flow setup by our team: Monthly not included, Quarterly 1 flow, Half-Yearly up to 3 flows.
• Support: Monthly email & whatsapp, Quarterly priority, Half-Yearly priority.
• Campaign strategy & performance review: Monthly not included, Quarterly not included, Half-Yearly monthly.
• Dedicated account manager: Monthly not included, Quarterly not included, Half-Yearly included.

Savings compared with paying month to month: Quarterly saves ₹1,500, 20%; Half-Yearly saves ₹4,800, 32%.

Which plan should you choose?

• Monthly: you want to try the platform with full flexibility before committing.
• Quarterly: you run campaigns through a full season (a festive sale, an admission cycle, a wedding season) and want one chatbot flow set up by our team.
• Half-Yearly: WhatsApp is a main sales channel for you. It costs the least per month and adds up to 3 chatbot flows built by our team, a monthly campaign review and a dedicated account manager.

What is not included

• GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice.

• Add-on services such as custom chatbot development, AI agent training, done-for-you campaigns or an additional WhatsApp number are quoted on request.
