User Data Deletion

auton8n lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Data we hold

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, business name)
• Connected account IDs and access tokens for WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
• Contacts, conversations, media, message templates, campaigns, forms, chatbot flows and AI knowledge-base content

How to request deletion

• Email support@auton8n.in from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your business name and the WhatsApp number, Facebook Page or Instagram account that is connected.
• We confirm the request comes from the account owner, then delete your account and the data listed above within 30 days, and email you a confirmation.

Remove auton8n from Facebook

To stop sharing data from Facebook or Instagram right away:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
• Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
• Find auton8n and select Remove.

This revokes our access. To delete the data we have already stored, also send us the email request above.

What we keep

We keep only records the law requires, such as invoices and payment records, for the period set by tax and accounting laws. Messages you have already sent stay on the recipients' devices, and Meta keeps its own data under its own policies.
