Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

auton8n is a software-as-a-service product delivered online. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. How the service is delivered

• Your account is available as soon as you sign up and verify your email.
• Paid plans made through a payment gateway (card, net banking, wallet or UPI through the gateway) are activated immediately after the payment succeeds.
• Payments by UPI QR code are activated after we verify the UPI reference (UTR), normally within a few hours and at most within 24 hours.
• You receive a confirmation in your dashboard and by email, and can use every feature of your plan at https://auton8n.in.

3. WhatsApp number setup

Connecting a WhatsApp number requires approval from Meta (for example the display name, business verification and message templates). Meta decides these timelines. We help you through the setup, but delays caused by Meta are outside our control.

4. If your plan is not activated

Email support@auton8n.in with your registered email address and transaction ID or UTR. If we cannot activate your plan within 48 hours of payment, you will get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Where we deliver

The Service is available online in India and in other countries where the WhatsApp Business Platform is available.
